Results Guarantee
If Client fully participates in Donata White and Coffee Date Media's Ignite Program and implements the strategies suggested therein, they can expect that their business will generate, at a minimum, an amount in revenue equivalent to the amount invested in the Program by the end of their 6-month commitment. If Client's business has not yet generated revenue equivalent to the total amount invested (measured in USD) by the Program End Date, their membership in the program will be extended without additional charge until their total revenue, counted from the Program Start Date, reaches that amount.
Should Client wish to extend their membership under the Results Guarantee, Client must inform Company via email to Support@donatawhite.com at least 14 days prior to the Program End Date.
In order for the Results Guarantee to be extended, Client must:
1. Complete all program lessons and modules during their initial 6-month membership period.
2. Attend at least 70% of all live coaching calls during the initial 6-month membership period. They must continue to attend at least 70% of calls during the time period for which their membership is extended under the Results Guarantee.
3. Provide proof that they are actively marketing their business on social media. Client must provide a link to a social media profile that displays at least 20 new feed posts in the prior 60 day period.- Client must continue to show proof of 10 instances of posting on their social media feed each month during the time period for which their membership in the Program is extended.
- If Client markets their business outside of social media, Client may provide proof of that marketing activity. Company reserves the right to evaluate any such proof for sufficiency in deciding whether or not Client qualifies for a membership extension under the Results Guarantee.
- Proof should be provided for the prior month by the 5th of the following month. If no such proof is provided, the Results Guarantee will expire and Client's extended membership will be terminated.
4. Provide a Profit and Loss statement for each month of Client's membership that shows total revenue of their business since Program Start Date.
- Client must continue to provide Profit and Loss statements monthly for the time period for which their membership is extended under the Results Guarantee.
- Statements should be provided for the prior month by the 5th of the following month. If no such statement is provided, the Results Guarantee will expire and Client's extended membership will be terminated.
