My Health Story, and Allowing Circumstances to Become Excuses

Everyone experiences external circumstances that interfere with their success. You’re absolutely not alone.

I’ve been avoiding this topic for a while because it’s a very personal one! But, with this end of year push, what better time to talk about this than now? What I really want you to know is that not everyone you’re watching online got to where they are easily. We all experience hardship and different circumstances but I want to help give you the tools to have it all — to support your needs while also having the business of your dreams. The bottom line? I always want you to get what you want!

In today’s episode, I’m sharing: my personal story with 2 chronic (but thankfully not disabling) conditions and how I’ve dealt with these while growing my business. I’ll also talk about the difference between working around your circumstances and making excuses to not grow your business. We’ll talk about allowing your external circumstances to decide whether or not you get what you want, as well as how I created systems, rules, and boundaries so I could have support with my health and have the business I want.
